Before you call
Families often apologize for not having paperwork ready, or for not knowing the right terms. None of that is necessary.
It helps if you know your child’s age and whether they currently have Georgia Medicaid, but if you are unsure about either, we will work it out together on the call.
If calling during business hours is difficult, the intake form takes about two minutes and reaches the same team.
