How ARZN Care handles information collected through this website.
This policy describes how ARZN Care collects and uses information submitted through arzncare.com. It does not describe how protected health information is handled once your family becomes a client, which is governed separately by our Notice of Privacy Practices.
When you submit the contact or intake form, we collect the parent or guardian name, phone number, email address, county or ZIP code, your child’s age, whether your child has Georgia Medicaid, the services you are interested in, and anything you choose to write in the message field.
Form submissions are saved in a private enquiry system on this website that only authorized ARZN Care staff can access. The team receives a short email alert with your first name and the service you asked about. Everything else stays in the enquiry system.
This website form is a general enquiry channel, not a secure medical portal. Please do not attach or type detailed medical records, diagnoses or treatment history into it. A sentence about what your family is looking for is all we need to start the conversation. Anything clinical is better discussed by phone.
Solely to respond to your enquiry and determine whether ARZN may be able to help your family. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use enquiry details for advertising.
This site uses only the cookies WordPress and Elementor require to function. No third-party advertising or tracking cookies are set.
You can ask us to delete an enquiry you sent by contacting us at hello@arzncare.com. You can also ask what information we hold about your enquiry.
